However, if the client wish to draft project and has gone through the dispute resolution process, we do consider refund requests as per the following schedule which clearly lists the services and our refund policy related to each service.
No refund will be given if the design is already approved and the project is delayed due to lack of communication from your edge.
If we have completed the project and uploaded it on the server, no refunds will be issued.
